I was scrolling through facebook early this morning when I stumbled across Nigella’s recipe for quesadillas. I was inspired and promptly (after a coffee and another snooze) set about making these for Sunday lunch. I used a heap of local ingredients; Australian milled Laucke Crusty White Bread Flour to make the tortillas, local Otway Ham and two lettuce varieties – oakleaf and hot red mustard – out of my mum’s market garden.
